Live arrival & DOA Policy:

  BH Aquatic guarantee live arrival with same day shipping air cargo, you must pick up within two hours of arrival at the destination cargo facility.

  Failure to pick-up the shipment within the stated timeframe voids “Live arrival guarantee” on all shipping methods. BH Aquatic is not responsible for DOAs that involve carrier mishandling including delays in transit, packaging damage or temperature extremes. In the event this occurs the consignee must file a claim with the airline carrier.

  Your shipping cost will not be reimbursed from BH Aquatic if your shipment arrives past it’s scheduled time. Due to our live animal shipping contract BH Aquatic does not receive reimbursement for DOA from any carrier. You may file a claim with the carrier.

   PayPal refunds will be provided minus carrier charges with photos provided via email or social media correspondence photo must be received with two hours of receipt. Once the fish are in your care, they are your responsibility, no credit will be issued for death after arrival. Please ask if you are uncertain about water temperature, pH, water parameters or care for your specific order.

BH Aquatic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
